Dave Sikora, CEO of Digby discusses location-based marketing in order to help retailers engage with retailers in-store. Digby works with Cabela’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond and other leading retailers. He noted: “A lot of multichannel retailers are now trying to figure out ways to engage with customers when they come into the store. We are seeing mobile evolve into that multichannel glue that brings together all channels. Mobile is really revenge for bricks-and-mortar.”
