SaksOff5th.com CEO Paige Thomas has left the company to pursue other opportunities, a company spokesperson has confirmed.

Thomas has led the brand as President and CEO since February 2020, including through the spinoff of Saks Off 5th’s ecommerce operations in June 2021. Rob Brooks, who was tapped to lead the Saks Off 5th store business (called O5) at the time of the spinoff, will take over the role of CEO of SaksOff5th.com, effective immediately. Jennifer Drake, previously SVP, Head of Stores at O5, has been promoted to Brooks’ previous position as President of that division, according to WWD.

“We greatly appreciate [Thomas’] leadership over the past three years and will seek to build upon the work she did to enhance SaksOFF5TH.com and the overall customer experience,” said the company in a statement shared with Retail TouchPoints. “We are confident in Brooks’ vision for the company and in the expertise of his leadership team, and we look forward to what lies ahead for the business.”

The news of Thomas’ departure comes just days after the hiring of former Untuckit executive Julie Mares as SVP of Ecommerce for SaksOff5th.com as the company looks to continue its digital growth and evolve the customer experience.

“The institutional knowledge I have developed and the experiences I’ve had working across HBC-affiliated companies over the last seven-plus years gives me a solid foundation to take on this next chapter,” said Brooks in a statement shared with WWD. “I am fortunate to have a best-in-class leadership team that will take SaksOff5th.com forward with a focus on customer experience.”
