Retail data science solution provider PreciseTarget has launched AcquisitionAI, a tool designed to give instant analysis of a brand’s newly acquired customers, automatically generating audiences that target the highest-value shoppers among them. The recommendations are based on PreciseTarget’s data models, which determine brand and product preferences as well as geotargeting fit.
AcquisitionAI expands upon the ConsumerInsights service, which aims to provide apparel and fashion brands with deeper data, knowledge and actionable insights about their existing customers and best acquisition targets. AcquisitionAI includes integration with Facebook and other digital ad platforms. Other features include:
- Connecting brands’ existing CRM with data science models that are continually tuned to optimize recommended data sets;
- Leveraging deep learning and a core data set of more than 5 billion transactions to score newly acquired customers, helping retailers realize continuous marketing improvements; and
- Providing brands with a data-rich CRM that can empower their first-party data sets to drive conversions and maximize customer lifetime value.
