Streams.Live was designed to help retailers host live interactive online presentations of their products. Shoppers can ask questions, exchange impressions with other users and, at the moment of choice, conveniently and seamlessly purchase with a click.
The streams feature integrated buttons are placed to facilitate purchases at the right time and reduce the risk of potential customers being distracted and leaving without completing their transaction. The platform uses AI, including language analysis and mood analysis, to measure the level of interest in the retailer’s products. This data can help retailers obtain insightful information about consumer behavior, which allows them to better calibrate future livestreaming sessions and adjust their inventory.
The experience is designed to be integrated into the retailer’s website with a copy/paste function, letting anyone start a livestream shopping session with just a few clicks. The solution also supports API integrations for more complex partnerships.
