Retail industry consultancy HighStreet Collective has selected Carolyn O’Brien as its new Chief Customer Officer. She joins Ed King, Chief Experience Officer, and Katharine Byers, COO, as partner and member of the senior leadership team.
Building on its legacy of retail transformation, in 2020 HighStreet will expand to include CPG, food service (QSRs and fast casual) and convenience stores, with a focus on optimizing transactions and delivering superior customer experience solutions for today’s digitally connected customers.
O’Brien has done consulting work with a number of major brands during her 20-year career, including Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, AT&T and Kimberly-Clark.
