Retail couponing is at a tipping point: As digital technology becomes the primary preferred source for communication between retailers and consumers, digital coupons are becoming the coupon-of-choice. To learn more about this trend, Retail TouchPoints collected insights from close to 150 retail executives in a July 2013 survey.
Survey results confirmed that retailers are increasing investments in and commitment to digital couponing, as consumers adopt them for various purposes. A growing number of consumers are storing/redeeming coupons using their smartphones (76%). These and other findings will be highlighted in this upcoming webinar.
