This year the “real or artificial” debate extends beyond the choice of Christmas tree to artificial intelligence, as consumers increasingly adopt AI tools for their holiday planning.
Among the 44% of respondents in a recent survey who said they would use AI in their holiday planning this year:
- 15% will use AI to make a holiday grocery list;
- 13% are hoping AI will help them find new holiday recipes; and
- 11% will ask AI to help them zero in on the perfect gift.
