While 67% are focused on enabling effective employee communications, 63% are primarily concerned with optimizing store operations
Nine out of 10 retailers, both essential and non-essential, expect store associates will be required to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) such as gloves and face masks, and 70% of essential retailers already check or expect to check the health of employees before they report to work.
