BOPIS and BOPAC (buy online, pick up at curbside) have been garnering tons of attention in the COVID-19 era, but retailers should consider adding BORIS (buy online, return in-store) to their repertoire: 45% of e-Commerce consumers want convenient locations to bring product returns.

Shoppers’ sustainability consciousness also has been on the rise: 44% would prefer reusable/resealable packaging that can be used for returns. Additionally, 41% favor better communications and visibility from retailers in areas such as package tracking, receipt confirmation and refund info.
