Optimove Launches Customer Journey Marketing Plan For Shopper-Centric Businesses

Optimove, a customer retention platform provider, has launched its Customer Journey Marketing Plan, a tool designed to help customer-centric businesses visualize, manage and optimize customer conversions according to “infinite customer journeys.”

The solution supports customer journeys through an interactive interface that closely resembles a terrain-based map. This new interpretation is designed to provide more accurate customer coverage with greater flexibility and adaptability.

  • Journey Mapping, which enables marketers to gather feedback on campaign results and other metrics across the consumer journey, as well as information about customer coverage and KPIs that enable marketers to continuously hone their customer marketing;

  • A Summary Area that delivers up-to-date information designed to provide a review of campaigns that can be filtered according to any chosen KPI (e.g. the total increase in revenues from all Facebook campaigns); test vs. control group performance; number of targeted customers; and personalization score;

  • Filtering of the entire calendar to show only a specified set of target groups and campaigns; and

  • A Campaign Sidebar that delivers detailed descriptions of each campaign, including the increase value and snippets from campaign analysis, excluded customers, execution details and template preview.
