Appboy has released Connected Content, a new feature designed to help marketers leverage rich user profiles and craft personalized marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and conversions.
Connected Content leverages the Appboy Open Access feature, enabling marketers to tailor messages, coupons and product recommendations to individual customers. For example, if shoppers add items to their cart but don’t complete a transaction, marketers can use Connected Content and Action-Based Delivery to send an email or push notification with a coupon code generated specifically for the abandoned products.
Marketers can use Connected Content to securely insert dynamic content held on proprietary servers into push notifications, emails and in-app messages delivered via Appboy.
