EBay Enterprise Forms Creative Agency To Help Brands Boost Commerce Initiatives

EBay Enterprise has created THE SHOP, a new agency designed to create design solutions, provide commerce marketing expertise and produce end-to-end experiences that drive measurable results for retailers and brands leveraging e-Commerce.

Brands such as Alex and Ani, eBay, Lucky Brand and Nobel Biocare have partnered with THE SHOP to design and execute improved commerce touch points and experiences. Leveraging insights through strategy, analytics and user research, THE SHOP delivers ideation for creative design, copywriting, user experience and information architecture.

THE SHOP is comprised of 250 strategists, creative experts, user researchers and technologists across 12 global offices, including five photo studios and three usability labs.
