Accellos, a global software solutions provider, has merged with supply chain management company HighJump Software, to help retailers enhance their omnichannel operations.
With 11,000 customers across 23 countries, the new merged company will be designed to provide a product portfolio that helps retailers, distributors, manufacturers and logistics service providers manage complex order fulfillment cycles and collaborate with supply chain partners.
Customers will have access to network of trading partner connectivity, warehouse and transportation management, and route delivery technologies to facilitate omnichannel operations.

The combined company will continue to produce and distribute the current product lines from both Accellos and HighJump, ensuring that existing customers will be able to use the products they originally purchased.
Moving forward, the company will operate under the primary name of HighJump, and will use the Accellos brand for midmarket supply chain execution technology. Accellos Founder and CEO Michael Cornell will act as CEO.
“Discussions with our customers have made it clear that omnichannel is a catalyst for rethinking their supply chain and its underlying technology,” Cornell said. “This combination brings extremely complementary technology to both Accellos and HighJump customers.”
