Retail TouchPoints currently is conducting the Cross-Channel Checkup Survey, designed to help retailers analyze and evaluate cross-channel strategies. They survey will cover a number of vital cross-channel issues, including the role of the store associate and ordering/delivery strategies.

All survey participants will receive a free copy of the survey report, which will include respondent demographics as well as detailed charts explaining survey results.
