Branch Messenger, Inc., an employee self-service platform, has raised more than $10 million in funding, including a $6.8 million Series A funding round led by March Capital Partners. Branch will use the funds to drive enterprise partnerships and expand the base of shift workers worldwide who are using its platform.
The Branch technology is designed to bridge the communication gap between hourly shift workers and the companies that employ them, significantly reducing absenteeism, payroll costs and management time. The Branch app allows workers to control their schedules, swap and pick up shifts, and create workplace messaging channels.
CrossCut Ventures, Techstars Ventures, Matchstick Ventures and other companies also invested in the platform.
