None of us could’ve predicted the COVID-19 outbreak, nor could we have predicted the significant impact it would have globally. Nicola Smith, Founder and CEO of REBEL & REASON, does however believe that many industries — retail included — were nearing this scale of disruption for quite some time.
“We’ve positioned disruption as a negative, as a threat,” Smith said. “But the reality is that disruption is now the air we breathe.”
