RFID solution provider Nedap has launched the Nedap iD Cloud Platform, an integrated suite of SaaS solutions purpose-built for RFID technology. The solution was designed to help retailers achieve perfect inventory visibility, with zero waste and no losses, by tracking every unique item movement throughout the supply chain and collecting data in a cloud-based inventory repository.
Nedap iD Cloud gathers all EPC inventory data and each item’s unique lifespan history into one place to improve inventory visibility using RFID. The goal is to help retailers and brands scale their business, increase sales and boost customer happiness. The platform is made up of four specialized solutions designed to help users extend use cases and scale based on demand and ambitions:
- iD Cloud Store, which digitizes in-store stock management;
- iD Cloud Supply Chain, which focuses on supply chain automation;
- iD Cloud Loss Prevention, which enables data-driven loss prevention; and
