Reflexis Launches Software Suite To Help Manage Appointments During COVID-19 Reopening

Store operations workforce management solution provider Reflexis has created Reflexis Appointments, a solution designed to help retailers reopen stores safely for associates and customers while meeting required state and local regulations. The tool helps both shoppers and associates generate schedules for store visits, in-home service, order pickup and other tasks.

Specific features of Reflexis Appointments include:

  • Capabilities that help customers book appointments that align with the schedule and availability of their preferred associate;
  • Queue management and virtual queue management, to manage traffic without making shoppers stand in line;
  • The ability to connect to retailers’ web sites or mobile apps;
  • Pre-appointment and post-appointment features for sanitation procedures, with associated reminders and checklists; and
  • Support to help retailers optimize the use of services with limited assets, such as curbside pickup spots.
