EVO Payments, a global payment technology provider, has collaborated with NEXGO to introduce the Android smart portable payment terminal, designed for EVO’s restaurant and retail merchants. The software combines EVO’s payments experience with the aesthetics of NEXGO’s N5 device.
NEXGO’s N5 is designed to be PCI v4-compliant and accept all electronic payment methods, including EMV chip and PIN, magstripe and contactless. The portable device has WiFi capabilities, allowing associates to accept payments from anywhere in the store, and was created to run on a user-friendly Android operating system.
EVO’s platform is designed to support retailers across all points of interaction through a single integration. Its offerings include software for in-store, online, and mobile payments.
