Manhattan Associates Combines Fulfillment and RFID Solutions to Boost Inventory Management Efficiency

Manhattan Associates has enhanced its POS and store fulfillment solutions with handheld RFID support to  assist with all inventory management and order fulfillment activities. The combination of RFID technology and the Manhattan Active Omni suite can help retailers increase store inventory accuracy as well as reduce inventory-related labor hours, allow associates to quickly locate merchandise and expedite transactions at the POS.

Manhattan Active Omni’s RFID capabilities are designed to streamline and automate inventory counting and receiving processes. Store-wide inventory counts can be performed quickly and accurately by store associates armed with handheld devices such as Zebra’s RFID series. The solution’s mobile RFID scanners can reduce the time required to perform unit level receiving of new inventory items.
