Brain Corp. and Google Cloud have launched BrainOS Inventory Insights, a proprietary solution that aims to deliver next-generation in-store inventory analytics to retailers. The platform is designed to be an end-to-end solution for analyzing the inventory data collected by BrainOS-powered inventory scanning robots.
The solution was created to help retailers quickly identify out-of-stock and low stock events, as well as assess product details such as where an item is, if it’s in the correct location and whether it’s priced correctly. BrainOS Inventory Insights helps managers intelligently manage their inventory, improve operational efficiencies, enhance productivity and elevate customer shopping experiences across all channels.
The solution also utilizes Google Cloud’s Vertex AI Vision models, enabling the product recognizer and tag recognizer software, combined with Google Cloud’s BigQuery, to help retailers at scale.
