Speak The Language Of Young Global Consumers: Arabic

Arabic speakers are the fourth-largest group of Internet users worldwide, and they skew young: 25 is the average age of an online Arabic speaker. Retailers interested in selling to young shoppers should consider translating their web sites and marketing materials into Arabic, which is spoken by 422 million people spread across 60 countries.

Many speakers are located in the Middle East-North Africa (MENA) region, where Internet usage is rising quickly. From 351.8 million users in 2013, the total is projected to reach 574.8 million by 2019 — a 64% growth rate.
