Nearly 23% of Digital Interactions in 2020 Were Fraud Attempts

2020 was a rotten year for many things, but it was a great year for ecommerce. Unfortunately, wherever there’s more activity, there’s also more fraudulent activity: 22.9% of all digital interactions last year were fraud attempts, and each attempted fraudulent purchase in 2020 was worth 70% more on average than in 2019.
