The downside? These shoppers also are more likely to be searching for specific items versus casual browsing, and are more likely to leave a retailer’s site if they don’t find them quickly and at a competitive price.

Reactivation is key to holiday success, with 37% of reactivated customers remaining engaged post-holiday.
