63% Of Millennials Prefer Email Communications From Retailers

Email remains a solid vehicle for retailers to reach Millennials, with nearly two thirds (63%) citing it as their top preferred channel, according to a recent consumer survey. Only 14% liked getting text messages from retailers. But marketers need to use email wisely and sparingly: 55% of Millennials say retailers that spam their inboxes are likely to lose their loyalty.

When you do send an email, make the offer worthwhile: 59% of Millennials will take action from emails containing a sitewide or category-wide promotion or offer, according to this infographic from SendinBlue.
