Worldpay Upgrades Total Payment Platform

Worldpay U.S. has upgraded to its Worldpay Total offering, an omnichannel payment platform designed to let merchants connect and simplify payments across all sales channels through a single integration point.

These new capabilities are designed to enable retailers to meet a wider variety of shoppers needs while offering an enhanced payments experience.

The newest upgrades include:

  • Kiosk Payments, designed to seamlessly accept and process computer assisted terminal (CAT) kiosk transactions to reduce customer wait times and give them the flexibility to make payments any way they want;

  • Digital Wallet, which accepts Visa Checkout, Masterpass and OneTouch;

  • Quick Chip Technology, which includes full Windows IPC support that reduces in-terminal chip card transaction times to just six seconds;

  • Account Updater, designed to eliminate the frustration of incorrect or outdated payment information and verify customers’ updated payment information from Visa, MasterCard and Discover; and

  • Dynamic Descriptors, designed for users to submit unique names or codes with each transaction to provide customers with more details on their receipts, invoices and credit card statements — reducing confusion, returns and disputes.
