True Fit has integrated Snaps, a conversational AI platform, to help brands build relationships with consumers through conversational marketing and commerce. The platform lets retailers harness automated conversations to acquire new customers, increase lifetime value and improve the customer experience at scale.
Retailers can use the solution to engage with shoppers in human-like, natural conversation that integrates personalized responses to automate tasks such as sizing, fitting and suggesting styles. Snaps can handle messaging through services including iMessage, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, Twitter, Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
Integrating with True Fit will give the Snaps platform access to a major data collective for apparel and footwear, enhancing chatbots and allowing increased personalization. The software will map millions of styles from nearly 12,000 brands, then combine that with millions of shoppers’ style and brand affinities to create a unique experience for every customer.
Brands including Michael Kors, Foot Locker and Macy’s have already used Snaps to drive conversational engagement rates as high as 5X greater than traditional email campaigns. They have also been capable of handling more than 90% of inquiries through automation while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
