True Fit, a footwear and apparel discovery platform, has unveiled two products: True Insight and True 360, which are designed to increase retailers’ comprehensive intelligence on the customer experience.
The solutions can be used cross-functionally by different departments within one retail organization and provide retailers with individual reports, aggregated dashboards and consumer intelligence.
True Insight, which leverages the Fashion Genome’s dataset of millions of consumers and styles from nearly 17,000 brands, enables retailers to better understand their target audience, consumer purchasing patterns, recurring styles and product fit. The dashboard collects a single retailer’s data across both its brand site and reseller site into one combined view.
This data can then be accessed by any member of the retailer’s team through a collection of five core dashboards: demographics, purchase history, fit consistency, returns performance and purchase attributes.
True 360 is designed to give retailers access to detailed data that can be applied to personalize shopper experiences across all touch points, enhance homegrown recommendation models and analytics and improve third-party personalization software services.
Retailers also can view shopper profile data, including demographics like height, weight, body type, size, favorite brands, high affinity brands and personalized fit and size recommendations.
