STORIS Improves Retail Insights With Growing Library of Reports and Analytical Tools

STORIS has introduced a Strategic Business Intelligence (BI) suite to help support retailers with their analytical initiatives. The platform includes the STORIS BI and Data Warehouse technologies as well as a growing library of out-of-the-box reports and technical data consulting services.

The first step in the STORIS program, Discovery, guides the retailer through defining strategic reporting priorities and identifying data sets and KPIs used to measure success. This consulting service aims to instill an understanding of the solution provider’s BI solutions and the capabilities of BI overall.

From there, retailers can access a library of 20 pre-defined real-time reports and out-of-the-box analytical tools. Examples include Current Inventory Status and Inventory Forecasting reports, which are designed to include related charts, dashboards and visualizations. The library will grow over time, leveraging the power of STORIS’ entire retailer community in an effort to improve available reports. Each retailer both contributes to the available BI reports and benefits from the contributions of other companies.
