Infinite Peripherals has introduced InfineaIQ, an enterprise-grade Mobile Peripheral Management (MPM) software solution designed to increase efficiency for retail and logistics businesses.
The cloud-based solution was created to help enable the management of large enterprise deployments of peripheral devices, delivering end-to-end visibility into supply and delivery processes. Users can centrally track assets such as barcode readers, mobile printers and mobile payment terminals.

Peripheral Change Management: The centralized management console presents a window to all deployed devices and associated peripherals. InfineaIQ provides visibility into peripheral settings such as firmware version, scan mode settings, payment settings and application settings, and can be used to remotely update and change these configurations over the air;

Asset Management: Information about who is using peripheral devices and where through automatic data collections and update assignment tags; and

Metric Collection (Data Analytics): Through the use of IQ Extensions and their inherent metadata reporting capabilities, users can collect key counters and metrics. When using the InfineaIQ framework with an application key, users can capture and present data points, all within a central repository for business intelligence reporting.
