Epson America has introduced the OmniLink TM-T88VI-DT2 and OmniLink TM-T70II-DT2 all-in-one thermal receipt printers. The printers are designed to replace older, bulkier models as all-in-one tools that provide built-in PC support with increased processing power.
The TM-T70II-DT2 is designed for front-facing receipt printing that can print at speeds of up to 250 mm/second, while the TM-T88VI-DT2 is a top loading model that prints at up to 350 mm/second. Both use up less paper as well: the TM-T70II-DT2 reduces usage by up to 30%, while the TM-T88VI-DT2 reduces usage by up to 49%.
Both systems are up to 70% smaller than traditional POS systems and support Windows OS 10 or Linux OS. Other features include up to 256GB of storage, as well as built-in USB 3.0, HDMI, VGA and USB type C inputs.
