Dolly also handles customer support, letting them contact the solution provider through text, phone or email, with an average response time of less than five minutes. Shoppers also can track their order’s progress via GPS or through direct communication with delivery drivers to reassure any delivery concerns are being handled.
Dolly is currently available in 11 U.S. cities on both coasts.
