The POS-integrated product is an entry-level version of the full Como Sense customer engagement and loyalty platform, which also includes a branded app, customer analytics and communication tools.
The product is based on the same technology as the full Como Sense solution but is designed for increased ease of use and affordability.

These companies can choose from a range of personalized rewards to incentivize customers to return, including joining gifts, birthday gifts; points accumulation, punch cards and membership-wide deals.
The platform’s control panel includes a customer analytics dashboard, a detailed view of all customers, and immediate app updates, so users can:

See level of app usage.
