AO: Bar Helps Simplify Inventory Management For Restaurants And Bars

The AO: Bar application from Accucode is designed to reduce time spent on counting and ordering liquor inventory, allowing bar and restaurant managers to spend more time with customers. All product distributor and sales rep contact information also is saved within the app to help simplify the ordering process should items need to be replenished. When managers place orders, automated emails with product details are sent to sales reps.

Inventory data is collected and aggregated in the cloud so it can be accessed through a web-based platform across devices including desktops and laptops, as well as Android and iOS tablets and smartphones.

Additional features of the app include: A re-populated item database to enable easy set-up; tools to manage distributors and reps; spending summaries to manage cash flow; and built-in help tutorials.

AO: Bar is a free service, but users have the option of renting or purchasing a compatible Motorola Bluetooth scanner to scan the bottles of barcodes and send them to the app.
