Social search and display platform Tagboard has acquired ZIIBRA, a Seattle-based technology start-up that offers a full-service e-Commerce platform for retailers, for an undisclosed amount.
Tagboard plans to add additional value to its customer base — which includes retailers such as Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom, Athleta and Walmart — by supporting social e-Commerce integrations. The company also announced its first product-level features integration with the Seattle Seahawks NFL team, which will be released in early summer 2016.
“With the acquisition of ZIIBRA, we are now poised to provide our customers with tools for dynamic social integrations no matter what those may be: e-Commerce, conversational commerce, mobile experiences, etc.,” said Josh Decker, CEO of Tagboard in a statement.
