Customer-centric software company Moxie has purchased real-time, in context technology from SimplyBox, which will be added to the Moxie platform. As a result, Moxie customers will be able to better anticipate customer intent and better engage shoppers in real time and across all channels.
“The acquisition of the SimplyBox technology broadens Moxie’s capabilities and will allow enterprises to engage customers as soon as they step through the ‘online’ door,” said Rebecca Ward, President and CEO of Moxie. “When today’s consumers try to do business with a company on a mobile device or on the web, the experience feels like entering an empty storefront — there is no one there to help you.”
Using Moxie technology, however, businesses can create more relevant experiences throughout the digital browsing and buying journey.
