Columbus Consulting Merges With Retail CX Consultancy

Columbus Consulting International, a retail consultancy, has merged with C3 Management Consulting, a retail management firm focused on the consumer experience.

Through this merger, Columbus Consulting adds C3’s expertise around POS technologies, store systems, omnichannel and operational consulting. With C3, Columbus Consulting also seeks to leverage the firm’s experiences in business process optimization, digital transformation processes such as SaaS migration and cloud deployment, and optimization expertise throughout the supply chain.

The merger caps off a year of growth for Columbus Consulting, which engaged in 186 projects and partnered with 87 retailers in 2017.

Columbus Consulting also has expanded its global team, adding two partners, four principals and a network of more than 30 independent consultants, and extended alliances in Europe.
