Retail TouchPoints (RTP) became the first recipient of a Vendors in Partnerships (VIP) Award during the inaugural ceremony at Gotham Hall in NYC on Jan. 10. RTP won Best Retail Media Resource in the Communication category.
Debbie Hauss, longtime Editor-in-Chief and current Executive Director of Content for RTP, accepted the award following a presentation that noted: “Gaining timely and relevant retail insights is a must to our entire industry, and while there are many valuable resources to capture this insight from, there is one that truly stands out.”
Co-founded by Vicki Cantrell and Phil Leahy, the VIP Awards are designed to celebrate the integral community of solution providers, knowledge advisors and industry events that support retail. Award winners were recognized for innovative offerings and a focus on delivering meaningful changes to create better partnerships with their retail industry partners.
“Better retail partnerships are important to address the changing face of retail,” noted Cantrell. The award winners “are important companions that deserve recognition, for guiding, providing, innovating and investing in the industry.”
