Retail TouchPoints is now welcoming nominations for the 2013 Customer Engagement Awards! In its third year, the Customer Engagement Awards will recognize retailers who are using creativity and innovation to deliver on the promise of customer-centricity. The award winners are ahead of the curve and are achieving business success in this increasingly competitive and challenging marketplace.
Winners will be selected based on their contributions in one or more of the following areas:
Advertisement
- Unique shopping/promotional offerings;
- Customer engagement strategies;
- Customer analysis; and
- Technology innovation.
Last year’s winners included: Chico’s, Build-A-Bear, Guitar Center, Macy’s, Specialty Fashion Group, Sports Authority and Tourneau, among others.
