TurnTo Networks Releases Inbox Submission Solution

0aaSS TurnTo ImageCustomer-generated content solutions provider TurnTo Networks has launched its Inbox Submission feature for online merchants and brands. The technology is designed to increase the collection of user generated content (UGC) such as product ratings and reviews, and provide a more streamlined way to capture the “voice of the customer.”

Inbox Submission embeds customer review forms within merchant emails, without requiring users to click through to a launch web page. This aims to remove friction for the consumer and increase review completion rates, particularly on mobile devices.

For email clients that don’t allow embedded forms, Inbox Submission can present a standard review request email instead.
