O’Toole shares insights on the benefits of using video in retail. PEX Supply has had a video program in place for more than two years, initiated with manufacturer content, then user-generated videos. Since then, the company has hired a videographer to produce in-house product information videos. “We have definitely seen a trend in time spent on the product page and increased conversion, since we’ve added the videos. Most importantly from our customer service team we’ve heard positive feedback on the videos.”
