Most retailers find improving conversions (63.1%) and attracting more buyers to their web sites (61.8%) to be the most significant e-Commerce challenges, according to new research from SLI Systems.

In order to increase online engagement and drive more revenue in 2013, retailers plan to focus on the following areas:

  • The e-Commerce platform (18.4%); 
  • Site search (17.9%); 
  • Search Engine Optimization (17.5%); and
  • Mobile (14.2%).
