Retail TouchPoints’ inaugural Personalization Benchmark Survey reveals the ROI retailers are already reaping with personalization, and identifies the areas where there’s still room for improvement, including in-store and mobile.

Key findings from the survey include:

  • 66% of retailers credit personalization strategies with increasing sales;
  • 63% say personalization has increased customer loyalty/retention;
  • 39% credit personalization with improving customer acquisition; and
  • 46% of retailers say personalization has boosted sales by up to 10%.
