53% Of Shoppers Prefer Digital-Only Coupons

For the fifth year, U.S. consumer redemption of digital load-to-card coupons has increased, and just over half (53%) of shoppers now prefer digital-only coupons. Overall digital coupon distribution volume climbed 38% in 2017, and redemption volume increased by 67%.
