Belgian mannequin manufacturer Bonami has developed the “Future mannequin” that is 100 percent recyclable. The Future mannequins are made with BONPLAST, a new material that is in line with Bonami’s vision on sustainability and its next steps in ongoing sustainable development, which includes green energy and waste management. BONPLAST material is unbreakable, and resists marking and damage. The mannequins are lightweight and feature an innovative magnetic system, which results in faster and easier dressing and moving of the displays around in the store. The clean production process produces no waste, and the material is 100 percent recyclable. The whole mannequin can be recycled. Bonami is able to use recycled raw materials as well as product recyclability, thus making the Future mannequin a truly sustainable, eco-friendly solution. The mannequins are available in an array of finishes.
