Target tests grocery delivery: Consumers in the Minneapolis area will be able to take advantage of a grocery delivery test implemented by Target and Instacart. Along with standard groceries, consumers also will be able to have household, health and beauty, pet and baby products delivered to their doors in as little as an hour. Retailers fall victim to organized crime: Nearly all (97%) retail loss prevention executives say organized criminal groups have taken aim at their businesses over the past year, according to new research from the National Retail Federation. This is a significant increase from 2014, when 88% of executives said the same.
