Delivery platform Shipt has added a Hosting Hub, providing curated lists of trending products for barbecues, Fourth of July parties and other celebrations from retailers including Target and Meijer. Shipt customers can fill carts using the Hub online or on the Shipt app and then arrange for same-day delivery.

“We wanted to make a fun, dynamic place for party hosts to find everything they needed in one place while being inspired by new ideas and products they might not have tried yet,” said Aspen Stough, Director of Digital Merchandising at Shipt in a statement. “Our team has had fun putting together these lists and can’t wait to see how our customers use them to celebrate all their most important moments.”

The Hub will be updated seasonally to include events like sports tailgates and holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving along with birthdays, baby and wedding showers and dinner parties.

Shipt recently has been working to make membership in its loyalty program more valuable, adding perks and a membership dashboard in May 2023. The company also has been making efforts to expand the availability of its offerings; Shipt revealed plans to add SNAP EBT to its payment options in September 2022 and debuted its LadderUp initiative supporting food access and local businesses in February 2023.
