Bloomingdale’s Adds Extra Tier, Removes Branded Credit Card Requirement from Loyalty Program

Bloomingdale’s has expanded its Loyallist program by adding an extra tier of benefits, and allowing all shoppers to reach every level even without their having a Bloomingdale’s-branded credit card. Customers who reach the new “Top of the List Unlocked” level will still be incentivized to use a Bloomingdale’s card with a 5% back feature for purchases made with a branded card.

Top of the List Unlocked also offers all shoppers one loyalty point per dollar spent, regardless of payment method, and unlimited free premium shipping. Additionally, this tier provides VIP access to exclusive, behind-the-scenes content and experiences every month, as well as gifts, early access to new products and private in-store and virtual events.

Other Top of the List Unlocked benefits include four annual personal triple point days, an unlimited return window and free gift wrap. Existing Loyallist members with an annual spend of $15,000 or more have been automatically enrolled in Top of The List Unlocked.

All lower Loyallist tiers offer at least one point for every dollar spent, personal triple point days, free shipping on Bloomingdales.com orders and monthly perks. Bloomingdale’s credit card holders still rack up faster rewards for every dollar spent.
