ALDI Nord Chooses SAP To Manage Store Processes

ALDI Nord, parent company of the Aldi and Trader Joe’s supermarket chains, selected the SAP for Retail solution portfolio in order to support growth and modernize its retail, according to a press release from SAP AG.

ALDI Group operates more than 2,400 in Germany, and also owns stores in eight other European countries.

The ERP solution will replace the company’s in-house system and will be used to manage retail processes including orders, warehouse management and store deliveries.

ALDI Nord aims to achieve greater transaction transparency with the solution. SAP for Retail is designed to increase transparency in flows of goods and finances through the entire supply chain.
