Belk, a privately owned department store chain, has renewed its contract with eBay Enterprise to manage customer service operations. As part of the agreement, eBay Enterprise will provide Belk with multi-site customer support designed to scale with the retailer’s ongoing growth. To date, the Charlotte, N.C.-based retailer has 299 stores in the U.S.
Belk and eBay Enterprise initially partnered in 2008 after the retailer launched an e-Commerce site. Over the past six years, Belk has seen significant growth in its online business and eBay Enterprise has provided customer service and support solutions designed to boost customer satisfaction and overall sales.
